Psychology at Work,
Empowering Performance

Successful organisations recognise the need to make the most of their best asset, their people. Psychology is increasingly being used in the workplace to develop resilient staff who can adapt easily to change, and to help boost productivity through increased motivation and engagement.

Challenge of Change

Services

At the Work Skills Centre we’ve applied our skills in psychology and psychometrics to develop a range of integrated services designed to bring about positive change in individuals, teams and culture. These are based on a combination of a unique and extensively validated climate survey, stress audits, semi-structured interviews and peer-rated competency assessments. In addition to The CoC Resilience Training itself, we can provide intensive group work with specific teams as well as focused mentoring for individual managers or team members, all derived from my extensive experience in applied psychology. We also offer detailed follow-up testing to ensure the effectiveness of the interventions.”   Dr Derek Roger
